Self-Publishing 101
Do you have a manuscript laying around collecting dust? Or perhaps you have an idea for a story and a dream of producing a book.
The publishing world is changing rapidly. It's important to find the right publishing path for you and your work. An increasing number of tools are available to those who wish to self-publish, so much so that they can be difficult to navigate.
In this online workshop, Hannah Huber, the Founder of Amsterdam Academy Press, will help you navigate what's best for you and your book, by asking important questions that will help you reach the best decision, as well as lay out concrete steps that you can take when ready for publishing your work.
"Having self-published my own novel in 2021, I’ve learned a lot along the way and look forward to telling you all about the practical resources and tools out there. Self-publishing is a journey that you don’t have to take alone."

Academy Book Club
The Academy Book Club meets 4x per year to discuss an array of best selling fiction. Most books are by American authors and cover themes such as coming of age, race, and identity. This book club starts with coffee/tea and good conversation, followed by facilitated discussion for 1 hour.
